First, you have to choose the car type. Then you select the service tier, followed by your zipcode. This will help you match with the service providers available in your area. Next, select the time and date of service, and choose the price range you want the service provider to fall in. After searching, you will receive a list of service providers in your area. Once you select a service provider, you will be sent to the payment page to enter your payment information. Once the service provider accepts the job, a hold will be placed for the amount of the service, and you will receive a confirmation.
48 hours prior to the service, you will receive a text to confirm service. You have the choice to cancel or change the service 24 hours prior to the service delivery time without a charge. If you cancel after that window, you will be charged 100%. On the day of the service, you will receive a code via text message to match with your service provider’s code. Once the service provider arrives at your location, you will do a quick walk-through to check for any prior damages, and the service provider will take pictures if applicable. Post service, you will have the option to walk through to check the quality of service provided, and the service provider will take pictures of the job done for their records. Your payment will be processed, and you will receive a text message to verify the service quality.
Platinum: Includes all services from the Gold and Silver tiers, such as paint correction, fabric protection, and headlight restoration.
Gold: Includes all services from the Silver tier, such as interior detailing and exterior detailing.
Silver: Includes basic services like exterior wash and interior vacuuming.
The time required for car detailing service may vary depending on the tier selected and the condition of the car. Generally, services can range between 2 to 4 hours.
